- Family dynamics. Generational trauma – how they effect your life
- Mother’s effects on your life

- Learn how to live joyfully, get processes & tools
- Water Breathwork (intimacy issues) optional
- Improving Self-esteem and confidence
- How to create a new future you and how to follow your dreams
- Your core negative programming and ways to change it
- How to create a life of REAL ease and fulfillment
- How to use forgiveness for your freedom
- Tools to use for emotional challenges, such as deep sadness, grief, stress or apathy.
- Learn somatic practices, and breathwork, for more energy, better sleep, body pains and other physical challenges
Included: Weekly accountability “homework” as accelerators to what’s being covered in the session that week.
